Designed to Engage: How Nomad Soul Achieved Social Growth

The Challenge:

Nomad Soul Interiors built a strong brand rooted in design expertise, close-knit family values and presence, and a distinct point of view, but their social presence wasn’t fully translating this into measurable growth.

Their existing content lacked a cohesive, social-first strategy, which resulted in low engagement relative to their audience size. Their messaging leaned more polished than personal, which limited the potential for content to be shared on the platform. Additionally, their audience included a high percentage of low-quality or previously acquired followers that suppressed engagement rates and overall performance.

While the brand had access to high quality visuals and a strong creative foundation, there was a disconnect between the content execution and platform behavior, which led to missed opportunities in reach and engagement. A rebrand led by Moniker, their branding agency and production company, introduced new messaging and a fully refreshed brand identity that strengthened the overall creative and set the stage for improved performance. However, without an understanding of social SEO copywriting, storytelling/educational content, and community management, this prevented Nomad Soul from truly thriving on social.

The Solution:

After a full audit of Nomad Soul’s social presence, 624 developed a strategy focused on engagement-first growth, audience quality, and content that drives action. We structured their content around four core pillars: Work showcase and design process, design POV and education, family and humor, and showroom and decor. To elevate the execution of video content, we pitched video ideas to their team, and partnered closely with Moniker to ensure all content was shot with a social-first lens, balancing high quality production with platform native storytelling. This allowed us to shift the focus from simply posting content, to creating content that their audience will engage with and share.
