Email Marketing Strategist

FULL TIME OR CONTRACT ROLE

  • The email marketing manager is responsible for planning and developing overall email marketing strategies for agency clients. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of strategy and working with the email marketing team to execute email campaigns, automations and SMS messaging. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical – able to design creative campaigns, write copy and manage technical aspects of email marketing, using data to inform client recommendations.

  • Provide account support for key clients (including agenda prep, follow-ups, checking in on deliverables, and day to day communication)

    Coordinate the execution of campaigns for agency clients (Keep calendars up to date, make sure assets are received on time, ensure proper QA is completed, schedule and send all campaigns free of errors)

    Campaign setup and light html in Klaviyo. Conduct testing in Litmus.

    Complete all metrics reporting and analysis including: weekly and monthly reports, weekly analysis updates to internal team with strategy recommendations, metrics to support quarterly + annual planning

    Work with manager to incorporate metrics findings into strategy

    Conduct regular list cleaning + updates (imports, etc) - quarterly

    Attend internal team meetings and key client meetings

    Incorporate landing pages, forms, pop-ups, triggers and more into lifecycle marketing.

    Website updates for clients to align with marketing initiatives.

    Ensure succcessful delivery of all campaigns (this includes occasional weekend work to check that campaigns go out as scheduled)

    Work with email marketing manager to develop email strategy presentations for new and existing clients

    Keep apprised of industry trends impacting email marketing and communications and share best practices with internal teams.

    Research topics like best subject lines, deliverability practices, design trends, etc

    Measure and analyze key performance indicators, ensuring email campaigns are impactful, delivered on time, accurately tracked, and continually improved upon.

    • Proven work experience as an email marketing manager or digital marketing specialist

    • Knowledge of developing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns strategies and roadmaps

    • Experience developing advanced automations and audience segmenting strategies

    • Ability to communicate complex email marketing concepts to clients who may not be marketers

    • Account management experience a plus

    • Strong project management and account management skills

    • Strong copywriting skills for email

    • Hands-on experience with HTML and email service providers (Klaviyo, Attentive)

    • Attention to detail while able to grasp the big picture

    • Knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting best practices

    • An ability to work under tight deadlines

    • Degree in Marketing or relevant field

  • We’re looking for a creative, go-getter Social Media Content Creator specializing in Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to join our team. This is a part-time role, with the ability to increase hours over time.

    The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of social media, photography and how to balance performance and creativity. This requires a forward-thinking mindset & understanding of consumer insights to create content across agency clients.

    • Write compelling direct response copy, scripts, and storyboards for ads, IG Reels, and TikToks.

    • Use iphone to capture social first photo content.

    • Film and edit social content optimized for social media and digital campaigns.

    • Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm and execute creative concepts, leveraging performance data to optimize content.

    • Partner with the account team to develop on-brand assets for social media and other platforms.

    • Analyze content performance and iterate to enhance effectiveness.

    • Stay updated on social media trends and experiment with new formats to engage audiences.

    • Ensure all user-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging, obtaining necessary permissions and rights for use.

    • Strategize for growth of engagement and following on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

    • Create fast, digestible visual content via mobile devices to turn educational or product information into social media content (TikTok, short-form videos, Reels, Stories, BTS.)

    • Propose real-time content based on the latest social media trends and find relevant ways for the brand to participate in or leverage them through content.

    • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, competitive tools, and marketing products.

    • Support Social Media Manager with influencer identification and UGC creators for content creation (evergreen and campaign-focused.)

    • This candidate will need a background in concepting and executing assets across stills and low-fi video (iphone). Photography experience is a must.

    • Ability to create social-first content with a proven performance track record.

    • Proficiency in photo and video editing platforms and processes.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • 2+ years experience with social media content creation – preferably for retail/e-commerce brand(s).

    • Experience managing and running shoots on-set a plus.

    • Knowledge of current trends in social media, lifestyle brands, and digital marketing.

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

  • We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is highly organized, a team player and who eats, breathes, and sleeps social media. Who knows about the newest social trends and loves everything about storytelling and creating thumb-stopping content. You're eager to learn all you can but can also bring ideas to the table and work independently to get things done. You also aren't afraid to be scrappy (we're a small team, after all) and feel very comfortable shooting photo and video content with your phone.

    The Social Media Coordinator will be an integral part of the team to create new, fresh, digestible visual content for various agency clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content curation, social media planning, and digital asset management, with a keen eye for identifying and amplifying authentic content that aligns with our clients' brands.

    • Serve as account manager for key email marketing clients
